He should as he knows when I go to get my haircut, we both get a pass with that. He did noticed the layers more than anything, or at least that is what he pointed out.

Done. 200m time was 50 sec. The metcon took me 16 minutes and bout killed me. lol How was yours?

The workout was good until I started to do my ab work. Kevin watches rocky during my workout time and Rocky decided to come wander up the stairs, saw me laying down and came over to lick my face! Kevin came and got him, but by that time he was too curious to stay downstairs and kept coming back up to check on me. Still got enough done, just had little interruptions. :birgits_giggle:

He was. Big trucks and machinery can get ugly quick and we are powerless once it goes wrong

I got to drive one once. There is a reason those cars cost so much. Very nice ride and pretty darn quick too.
