I just put chili on in the crockpot. Cutting those onions are brutal!
 
When I made the commitment to a healthier lifestyle my goal was to get under 160lb. I tipped the scale this morning at 159. Now I just need to maintain.

Good work! I felt like I've gained a ton laying around for 6 weeks. I weighed myself yesterday, and haven't gained a bit. (Except those few pounds I took for Windy of course).
 
That's the thing with me though. I can't use salt. I'm trying to find something with a somewhat salty flavor without the sodium. Mrs Dash doesn't make anything.

Unfortunately you just have to retrain your tastebuds and wants! When I first started my health change in 2009, I cut out fast food and sodas. Salt is just one of those great additions to food, but just have to cut it. I don't add salt to anything unless it is necessary in a recipe, so rare.

Still can't cut my sweets, worst dessert tooth ever!
