I'm trying to grow mine out, but it's doing so at a snails pace.

I have some of my team members in Iowa, and due to storms last night, they are having to actually trick or treat on Halloween for the first time in over 85 years. I was like, oh, you people migrating to our area are the reason the question on when is trick or treating comes up on nextdoor every year.
