Just a gentle rain, now. Waiting for daylight to see what the storms deposited on my roof. The $30k stormwater management system I had to install when the property behind mine was developed is getting the job done.

Now we're delayed. Maybe we'll still make the ship. Vacay is off to a crazy start, that's for sure.

We left the house at 3am, and found out on the way to the airport that the flight was canceled. We ended up driving to Nashville, and caught a flight on Spirit. Then it got delayed. Then we finally got to fort Lauderdale, and there was one bus left and we were the only two on it. There is some kind of boat show down here, and the driver took the back roads to get us to the terminal before the shipped left. I need a vacation from going on this vacation.
