Diddy grand jury witness says he has Seen Tapes of 'Major Celebrities' being 'victimized' at Freak-Offs​


A witness testifying before the grand jury in Diddy's trial claims he has seen videos of major celebrities being 'victimized' at the hip-hop mogul's notorious 'freak-off' parties.

Courtney Burgess testified before the grand jury on Thursday about the tapes, which he says come from a flash drive kept by Diddy's ex, Kim Porter.


The tapes are said to show at least two male stars who were 'underage' at the time.

I've been watching videos of people coming forth about what those "parties" were like... holy crap it's some sick stuff.

No way he walks away from this one.

We already had one. It’s 17 pages long...currently at the top of Page 2 since the new election threads just pushed it off the front page for the first time in many weeks.

IDC if you're doing wrong or not, that's just smart if people outside your close circle are around. I partied with Thurman Thomas once and he passed out drunk on a couch sitting straight up. It was hilarious and the host would not want that on social media.

A woman claims she once saw minors dressed up like “sexy” Harajuku Barbies at one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged sex-fueled “Freak-Off” parties.

Tanea Wallace, an aspiring singer, told a new TMZ documentary that she allegedly saw the minors — whom she initially described as “little people” — surrounded by a wall of adults at the fallen music mogul’s Miami mansion back in 2018.

“I looked to the right of me and in the corner and I was like, ‘Are those midgets?’ Because people were over them, like people trying to hide what they’re doing,” Wallace alleged in “TMZ Presents The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak Offs.”

Wallace, who said she was invited to the party by a Saudi prince who flew her from Los Angeles, admitted she couldn’t see exactly what the minors and adults were doing, but she was alarmed because it was a “grown party.”

Asked repeatedly to clarify what she meant by “little people,” Wallace stressed she didn’t want to get into trouble and said they “weren’t supposed to be there.”


Meanwhile, another accused Combs of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 as two celebrities joined in at a VMAs afterparty in New York.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs spared no expense to throw his friend, rapper Meek Mill, a blowout 27th birthday party – and DailyMail.com has the exclusive video of the celebration.

And what was left behind – cocaine, half-empty bottle of liquor, used condoms and bloodstained bedding – was evidence of just how debauched the event was.

'The bedrooms the following day were disgusting,' property manager Jason Haight told DailyMail.com.

The partygoers smiled into the camera, posing with their friends. At one point Mill, Montana and Diddy stood on an elevated platform to give a speech, laughing with each other as one partygoer shouted to see if there was 'liquor up there'.

Diddy's 'To Do List' Asking Family Member To 'Find Dirt' On Victims Was Seized In Cell Raid, Court Hearing Reveals​


Lawyers for Diddy have claimed his sex trafficking case may have to be dismissed due to 'prosecutorial errors' during a recent raid of the rap mogul's prison cell.

Attorney Marc Agnifilo accused prosecutors of a 'complete institutional failure' that they say could have potentially jeopardized the case, during an emergency court hearing in New York on Tuesday.

The defense team claimed the rapper's constitutional rights were violated last month when federal investigators seized 19 pages of his notes during a sweep of his cell and shared them with prosecutors.


The court heard feds also seized Diddy's 'Things to Do' list, which included telling a family member to 'find dirt' on two alleged victims, as well as pages in which he wrote 'inspirational' quotes for himself.

Judge Arun Subramanian ordered that the prosecution delete all of its copies of the papers for the time being.

The man, identified only as “John Doe,” claims the disgraced music mogul allegedly attacked him in front of a group of people in a bedroom after his drink was spiked at the 2022 party — causing him to “lose consciousness” entirely, court papers state.

He alleges that when he eventually came to, he felt a “sharp pain” in his rectum and realized some of his clothes were missing.

The victim claims he turned around to check where the pain was coming from — only to find a naked Combs standing behind him allegedly assaulting him, the filing charges.
