Pac 12 Championship

If Jimbo gets his Vince Young like Mack did he might bring some hardware to aTm. Even then it took a freak game that Texas loses 9 out of 10 times to get Mack his ring.
That's the problem with both programs. Because of 7 on 7 QB's fall from trees in this state yet both struggle to find one. Once upon a time I heard that Jimbo was a Quarterback Whisperer.

Has Jimbo won anything of any significance without Jameis on the team?

I don't even think he won a conference championship without Jameis on the team in the ACC did he?

I know FSU won the ACC the three years Jameis was there.

Oregon no matter what pundits say have never been nor are a physical team to this very day. Utah prison raped them on both sides of the ball ... again.

He’s a recruiter PERIOD.
Yeah. He has some swagger but he’s struggling to lie up to the hype. Oregon scored 1 TD in 8 quarters against Utah this year and supposedly had better players... that’s bad. This is like if Tennessee played Kentucky twice, got dominated in both games, and only scored 1 TD.

But he'll get that sweet extension

Thank you. This is what I was trying to point out earlier in this thread. It no longer matters what he did at FSU because he is no longer there. It something he might be able to use in recruiting at A&M and definitely something he can tell his grandkids about but now he has to prove it on the field at A&M.

One stupid lateral by Reggie Bush and a very questionable play call by Kiffin or Sark on 4th down certainly did help. One of the best football games I’ve ever watched.
Well Pete Carroll made that gamble to go for it on 4th to salt game away or give ball back to Texas. I had no problem with what he did. But was incredibly dumb he chose to leave Reggie Bush on sidelines and let LenDale White have their championship fate in his hands. How you dont trust your Heisman Trophy back to at least be on the field as a decoy but he should have had his hands on that ball not LenDale White. Which was the most head scratching decision Carroll made until he called for Russell Wilson to throw in superbowl instead of give to Marshawn Lynch was his worst call this error in judgement in playcalling. With those 2 changes he likely had another National Championship and world Championship. Crazy 2 poor decisions.

Been watching here and there and have to agree, these players look slow and small relative to SEC caliber athletes.
The line of scrimmage is comical. Georgia could change from 3-4 and probably run 2-5 because Jordan Davis would tear through any double team either of these teams would throw at him.

Mario Cristobal is the most overrated coach right now. I see his name thrown around so much when HC openings pop up. His teams fold in big games when it really matters.

Also, bear in mind he's now going to have to compete with Riley for recruits in the PAC 12. So his recruiting ability will be put to the test.

Nike!, will help him get some top recruits, so he can go on and keep squandering his opportunities.

I wonder what Miami would pay him
