Just got off the phone with my friend who is a VOL fan. He said that he is headed to Walgreens for paint right now while two of his other friends are going to the rock to make sure no one has already painted it. They are going to paint the HARM the SEC idea that was given on here. SO hopefully you all will have a picture soon. I will update you when they call me back..

A finished picture might be nice. After it dries, you could cover it in water hence freezing it for a good while to ensure that no one paints over it.

They are actually all going to Walmart as we speak and will be at the rock in about an hour. They will be sending me a picture as soon as they get it, and they wanted me to post that if anyone else (especially artists) wants to meet them down there in about an hour then they are more then welcome to help
