Palin has "fire in her belly"

change a couple details/pronouns and this works in 2008 as well

Why is it when we discuss Palin's shortcomings...that obama is brought every time?

If they are so similar - why do the same people who bash obama for these characteristics...support Palin for presidency? Is it just a partisan bias? Or blindness...sigh.

Not sure if I remember right, but I think pj has said he thinks Palin would make a terrible president. Or not a fan of hers. Or something to that effect.

ok. If he was just pointing out the obvious than I am off base - but I feel like everytime Palin's legitimacy is discussed...she is compared to Obama.

It's like supporting a donkey for POTUS with the reasoning that it is better than having a mule in office.

if anyone pulled the lever for Obama they have no reason to bash anyone who thinks Palin is qualified. Most of the ones throwing stones in her direction fit in that group.

I would write my own name in if she was on the ticket for Pres and am now old enough to win

Reason? This woman thinks the American people are stupid, and it's insulting. She thinks we're dumb enough to find ourselves swayed by her rhetoric, folksy slang, and her "All American" background. She resigned from governor to do a reality show on TLC. She's socially archaic.

Fact? Her experience in governing PEOPLE is grossly limited. She has zero foreign policy experience and has done JACK SQUAT to improve that in the past 3 years. For being so young, she has very little experience to make up for it (and that almost never works out in this field of work). There's too much left unproven.

Satisfied? Jesus.

Once again your first paragraph was riddled with accusations but no proof of them. Her executive experience is greater than Obamas and also she has the same amount of Foreign policy experience as your current president.
So to sum up your speculations she is deceiving the American public with her faux patriotism and her experience on foreign policy is limited. How does one get foreign policy experience by the way if they arent appointed to a position to deal with such, and how many former/current presidents had a great amount of foreign policy experience?
All in all that is once again criticisms with out facts to back it up that the media has told you over and over and over and over again, but no actual facts. Peoples hatred of here escapes. but people believe what the comedian John Stewart and Colbert and NBC tells them to believe.
by the way im not Jesus.

You can make such grand claims all you want but the reality is that when she talks everybody cringes.

WOW,the truth is indeed a grand claim and reality. ONCE AGAIN, empty accusations......seems to be a pattern . By the way, your posts accusing everyone of being a racist that calls out Barry affect me the same way.
i dont base my opinion on what is fed me by Comedians and people with agendas.. i can form my own opinion i dont need MSNBC, John Stewart , Colbert,Katie Couric, CBS, CNN & NYT to name a few decide for me and run this poor lady through the mud which has done nothing wrong.
She was not friends with terroists like Ayers and Dorn nor does she have the moral deprivity of Clinton or Weiner, she also did not spend her state into Oblivion and have Corrupt Socialistic Union boses and the likes of Soros visit the Governors mansion when she was there. So tell me , other than her accent being different than yours and here Poicy differences what is your REAL reason for Disdain and hatred of Miss Palin?? Not disagreement about her beliefs but the sheer anamocity that many spew toward her, are you just doing as you were told?

Not everyone, just you and your ilk who can't stand
to be told the truth.

Political forum is really a hoot. And no, gsvol, you don't have to make any cute remark regarding me this time. I do like to peek in every once in awhile to see what's stirring the pot.

I think he thought The Amazing Race was about white people.

Recent poll results:

Palin 2209 36.48%

Perry 852 14.97%

Bachmann 678 11.20%

Cain 544 8.98%

Romney 457 7.55%

Overall vote.
Sarah Palin takes the top spot decisively.
Rick Perry holds on to second.
Michele Bachmann bounces into third,
followed by Hermann Cain and Mitt Romney.

The MSM, Journolist and Rove Republicans all say
she can't win.
They say she has been passed by Bachmann yet
when the people speak, they say something different.

Nine out of ten political consultants and media
pundits agree --
We the People need to be told what to think.

So will it be okay for me to laugh hysterically at you when she announces her campaign then inevitably fails, or will you pass that blame on to somebody else?

Sarah Palin? The truth?

Wow.

Also why do you feel the need to post pictures like that all the time? I'm not a democrat, but those aren't funny or "truth-revealing".

i dont base my opinion on what is fed me by Comedians and people with agendas.. i can form my own opinion based on secret messages I receive through my dog.

fyp

(I'd have put tin foil hat, but you are waaay past that).

Very weak, my friend..... now please explain your insults toward me. I assume you are implying that i am crazy or a conspiracy theorist with the tin hat bit, care to present some reasons in my statements that would suggest such? I think not...let's just wait and see...........No i think you are just pulling your usual routine when you get put in your place so you revert to name calling or trying to discredit me, it is on the first page of the libbys playbook afterall. By the way, you forgot to also refer to me as a racist too......

Big Hollywood Blog Archive ‘The Undefeated’ Review: ‘By Their Fruits Ye Shall Know Them’

It is 2008 and Republican Presidential candidate John
McCain introduces Governor Sarah Palin as his running
mate to a crowd of thousands of enthusiastic supporters.

The beautiful, poised, confident Governor takes the
stage at the Republican National Convention to
thunderous applause and delivers an electrifying
speech with a level of charisma, wit, and passion
not seen since Ronald Reagan, that catapulted this
relatively unknown Alaskan Governor onto the
National political stage making her almost instantly
and simultaneously one of the most revered and one
of the most reviled politicians in recent memory.

In stark contrast, the film then cuts over to a dramatic
3-minute montage of pure, unadulterated hatred from
the left for this VP candidate which history will record
as one of the most vicious campaigns to
annihilate a public figure.

It was vulgar.

It was brutal.

It was violent.

It was main stream.

It was textbook Alinsky.

And yet, she is still standing…undefeated.
-----------------------------------

The attacks from the liberal pundits, journalists,
talk show hosts, celebrities and patrons of social
networking sites and the blogosphere were
completely abhorrent and offensive.

So much so that the film’s writer/director, Stephen
Bannon, told us at the private screening of the rough
cut of the film, he would have to do a lot of
creative editing to mask some of the more vulgar
and violent footage to get the film to a PG-13
rating for National distribution, yet still convey
the same astonishing level of the left’s pathological
hatred for Palin.

--------------

She didn’t just talk the talk…she walked the walk.

When it came to fighting corruption within her own
Administration, she said “In politics you’re either
eating well or sleeping well”.

She always chose the latter.

With one legislative success after another and
overwhelming bipartisan support, Governor
Sarah Palin’s popularity was at a record high
88% according to Gallup’s empirical data —

the highest approval rating on
record for a sitting US Governor.

With that kind of approval rating, Sarah stated
“My administration must be doing something right”.
She enjoyed those high approval ratings right up
to the day her Blackberry rang and Senator McCain
asked “Would you like to help me change history”?

And so began their campaign for the White House.

So, too, began another campaign — the one
launched by the statists to destroy her.

Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals teaches its disciples that
you must take a person’s strengths and “isolate them”.

And that is exactly what they did. It was an
organized strategy and the media gladly participated.

Bannon’s film, The Undefeated, reveals exactly what
they “isolated” and as John Nolte, Editor-In-Chief of
BigHollywood, so aptly put it, is “doing the job the
corrupt MSM won’t”.

While the 2008 Presidential election did not turn out
as planned, Sarah Palin won the hearts of millions of
Americans, and as Mark Levin noted, the excitement
and enthusiasm generated by Palin was the beginning
of the awakening of conservatives across the country
— the beginning of what is now the TEA Party
movement — and very reminiscent of what happened
during the Reagan Revolution.

Americans were seeing for the first time since Reagan,
a true conservative leader who had a heart for America
and for the people. “Ronald Reagan would have loved
the TEA Party” said Levin. Like Palin, Reagan was
called an outsider that couldn’t win. People said he
was “too conservative”, “a right-winger”, “an
extremist”. And he was just what America needed.

Upon her return to Alaska to resume her duties as
Governor, Palin was plagued with one trumped
up ethics charge after another
which cost her
staff dearly.

Each charge was dismissed but rarely,
if ever, reported by the media.

As the Palins were a middle-class family and had
to pay their own legal fees (which had amassed
to over $500,000), the intent of her opponents
was to force her family into bankruptcy.
------------------------------------

We are left to ponder the words of Thomas Paine:
“If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that
my child may have peace.”

This is a must-see film that “Palinistas” will absolutely
love and will allow Palin skeptics to see what the media
has so successfully isolated — hidden in plain sight.

I dare you to go see it.

Once again, another face in the crowd defends Palin by attacking Obama. funny thing is, I could give a rat's ass about what anyone thinks of Obama since he's in office and there is NOTHING that can be done about it. If you're delusional enough to vote that plastic piece of garbage into the White House, that's your problem. What foreign policy experience does she have? Trade missions with Russia? Get real. You're also defending her the EXACT same way Fox News does, so don't sit there all high and mighty as though you've access to the world's only unbiased news network when you're using the same tactics as the second most biased media outlet in the country.

We voted inexperience into the WH in 2008, and the American people are looking to bone themselves twice as hard in '12. It's stupid and it's sad.

By the way, there wasn't a comma before Jesus. If I wanted to insult you, I wouldn't call you a false prophet.
