Paris Terror Attack Underway

Media and morals? Now that's a good one. These people were educated at places that teach against any morals, so why would we think they'd have morals. Today's media are far left liberal in thought and deed. They attack anything that doesn't agree with them, much like ISIS, maybe that's why they love the Muslim's so much. It's weird that a country that was mostly Christian and believed in freedom for people to choose mostly what they want to do is being torn down by radicals that don't believe in any freedom for anyone that disagrees with them.
Yet the whole time they cry for tolerance while attacking the foundation of what made it possible for them to be free to express those opinions while they want to take choices away from everyone who differs.

! How have you managed to avoid prison!

My biggest fear is that the West is going to break its back in the Middle East.

Bin Laden's great vision was not necessarily that Islamic "warriors" would defeat the West in the actual battlespace (although I'm sure he would have taken it) but that Muslim endurance and strength would outlast Western "decadence" and that Western nations would ultimately go chaotic and bankrupt simply trying to fight the "Islamic world."

I fear his vision becomes reality more and more each day. This makes me sad, not just because I am a Westerner who loves the West, but because I think that the vision the West represents (despite all its flaws) is the one most essential for peaceful coexistence and stability in a world that increasingly places vastly disparate and diverse peoples into closer proximity. The West's vision is one that allows for these peoples to live in some relative peace with one another, but, alas, I am afraid its liberal vision for humanity may ultimately be its ironic undoing, despite its being the most ideal for an integrated era of human existence.

I'm an unabashed Westerner, and I make very few apologies. Some ideas are just better than others, and the idea of the West is the best one that I know of for how to live life in what is essentially a world today without any actual borders.

isis is not a threat? Our 'president' needs to wake up.

Wake up from what? He's one of them. Everything Hussein Obama is doing is a calculated attack on the country he is supposedly leading. Our own mindless population put this guy in office twice due to a letter beside his name, color of his skin, or some other marginal issue they agreed with him on. The public needs to pull their collective heads out of their asses and realize we are at war with Islam as soon as we decided not to be Muslim. This group of savages has fought for global domination for 1,400 and they are not going to stop until they have Sharia running the world. Before anyone says I'm nuts, read their playbook. It's about a 3 hour read and tells you everything they stand for.

Symbolic gestures are appropriate for the immediate aftermath. ISIS is about to get the boots of both NATO and Russia up their azz.

No offense, but when did NATO get an army? May as well just say the United States and Great Britain. I do hope France's citizens push their government to repeal the gun ban. Cowards tend to avoid pockets of resistance to further their cause.

Well said. I always go with I'm a Constitutionalist when people ask my political affiliation seeing as though I really don't have one. But I too am a Westerner as well. And I'm sure I'll part company with quite a few when I say this. And I know I'm not the best example to be saying it. But I really think when the US started taking God out of everything related to this country and its success is when the downward spiral began. What we are seeing now is a microcosm of something going greater than what we are witnessing on the surface. I for one will be not only praying for those that lost family members, friends, etc. tonight but that good triumphs over evil. Because there is nothing good about what we are seeing globally and in this country right now.

Right. We should back away from the ledge because its just a "small" portion of them that are "radicalized". Estimates are around 15%..meh that is nothing! Just 300,000,000 give or take a suicide bomber here and there. Yeah, the world doesnt have anything to worry about.

Tomorrow..yeah, tomorrow is when Islam is gonna be "peaceful"..just gotta give them time. Maybe they need jobs? Yeah! Let's start a jobs program to deter terrorism! Lets stop using oil because you know, climate change causes terrorism! I bet if we stopped using oil and removed the sole source of income for almost every muslim country, terrorism would just end! Yeah!!

1000 years ago, we would be mounting our steeds and heading eastward to the Holy Land

Now, we apologize for drawing pictures

Count, 50 years ago we'd be after them like there's no tomorrow. But sadly now we worry more about hurting people feelings than saving innocent people's lives.

@APDiploWriter: PARIS (AP) — Police officials: #Syria passport found on body of 1 suicide bomber at #Paris stadium.

But but I thought the hordes of men of fighting age crossing the borders were just coming for jobs and to boost the European economy........

The Pope has bigger balls than 0bama

What in the world would make you think a little old white guy from Argentina has a bigger set of balls than the young vibrant black POTUS?

Sagging does not equal bigger. :)

It seems that every time something like this happens, the people of the West respond by "being outraged", "strongly condemning", & holding marches.

The time has come to take it to them in the most aggressive and decisive way possible.
The United States, Russia, China, and Europe should join forces to terminate this cancer once and for all.
