Pat says she was not forced out by UT

Hart had to say something to her in that first meeting, if Pat left it and told people afterwards that Hart was forcing her out.

Not necessarily.

I'm sure she felt "hurt" after receiving her diagnosis, and I'm guessing it hurt when she realized she wouldn't be coaching any more.

I highly, HIGHLY doubt (given what Summitt has said) that Hart did what some want to believe he did.

Pat believed when she left the first meeting, or she wouldn't have told others about it

Where is the statement? News Sen. or some other place. If Hart did this to her then he does need to be fired. We have enough people stretching the truth these days and look at the mess our country and the world are in....If he did not do it then he should be able to clear it up. Any manager who is termminating a staff person where there might be trouble has another person with him...Where was Cheeky in all of this?

And there might not have been any emotion involved with what she was saying at that time?

Has she continued to say that?

I'm sure it was emotional, that's why she commented on it to others

as far as her release, at this point she's just trying to get out of the situation as quickly as possible

No Dave Hart does not need to be fired even if he did relieve Pat from her HC job, if she was mentally not able to handle the responsibilities of being a HC . Pat has basically said he did in her affidavit and then came back and said he didn't in her statement , which that in itself makes me believe that if he did suggest she retire , that he was right .

One is a sworn affidavit, the seocnd is a statement
which one carries more weight

I bet Tyler is the only one that knows the Truth, the Whole Truth & nothing but the Truth.

I feel bad for Pat.
I'm sure she liked that debbie woman, and was probably the reason that she was kept on as long as she was.
Its very likely that the NEW coach let Hart know that she was dead weight, and lots of it.

IMO....Pat is HAPPY with her decision to leave as head coach.....everything else is the same for her....she has been at every practice so far....now she can do what she wants too...knowing her as I do,she will be at every game and anything else the LVs are involved in....
Debby tried to use Pat to help her in court....so Pat had to let everyone know that it was her decision alone to not be head coach anymore

TIFWIW...In the amended complaint, which contains CPS's affadavit, after the affadavit, it says Tyler Summitt was a witness to the signing of said affadavit.

When the complaint says Summitt told Jennings and others it would make sense that "others" might include her son.
