Don't know if they'll play the same D.

That and chemistry will be the variables. Cal's three Elite Eight teams all got all over you on defense and would take your head off for looking at one of their teammates wrong. His best UMASS teams had the same mentality.

The truth of the matter is that if they get Wall, they will have a more talented roster than the one Cal had 3 seconds from the national title last year.

If they get Wall, and Meeks returns, that puts them a 17(!) scholarships. Who's getting the boot I wonder?

A.J Stewart said to be leaving soon, Josh Harrellson I am sure Cal can get him to leave, Liggins has the rumor of grade trouble, Pilgram is a transfer so I don't know how mean UK and Cal are but he has nothing but a redshirt year at UK so they could just run him off and maybe move someone else to some other type of scholarship or redshirt someone gets them to 13. So if Wall does go to UK maybe all of those guys fighting for one spot. EB still has to qualify.

Uk and Cal made the agreement that the seniors get to stay on the team.

I think Miller is going to be the big surprise next year. He has the game and shot to be a star in Cal's offense. IMO

No doubt. The chemistry on those teams was unbelievable. I think Memphis fans began to take it for granted as well. It became the norm for the Tigers. I think 4 year players like AA were a large reason for that.

And you still couldn't beat us last year! It's a GREAT day to be THE WILDCATS.

Great first post. Way to make an impression. Keep it up, and you'll join the ranks of the banned. :good!:

Indeed. Troll.

I think Patterson coming back does put the writing on the wall so to speak, that Harrellson is the next to go. That puts us 6 deep on the post, and I think Cal would rather keep a slasher like Liggins rather than stacking up at the post. I could be wrong, but its my feeling.

Man, that's living a hard life... :p

Indeed. One for which Brian must be commended. I was always under the understanding (Growing up in KY) that the football team was just there to give the pep band extra practice for the basketball games. lol :dance2:

But I root for my CATS. Its in the blood.

Naw, it's the other way around! ;) At least, it has been for the past few years.

This has been the greatest off-season for any team that I can remember, for Kentucky. The change in fortunes is utterly ridiculous. Right down to the Pitino-to-the-NBA rumors.

Billy Donovan can get used to being 3rd in the SEC East on a consistant basis. Orlando seems to be doing well without him too.

Shoulda jumped when he had the chance. Now he REALLY is playing 2nd fiddle. People in Gainesville are like, "Billy who? Let's talk Tebow!"

The UT-UK game a couple of years ago was somewhat exciting.
