she saying that Bush is echoing the demands made by oil companies that we drill more. what about the millions of Americans that want us to Drill more. that land that she's referring to has absolutely no potential oil findings.

she's a joke. if she and Hussein Obama is in power, we are truly screwed as a country.

She is a fool. It gives them nothing, they pay for leases to the land idiot. If there is nothing there, they will lose money, Pelosi should love that. What is her freaking problem?!!!!!

Pelosi is like many, if not most, democrats in Washington, invested in the failure of the US as an economic superpower.

Even her towel boy, Harry Reid, is rumored to be shifting his stance when it comes to domestic drilling.

Obama is setting the democratic platform as the leader of the party and he is against it. I think the Democrats will do a 180 on this issue before the election, they almost have to.

I agree. Their main argument is that it won't make a difference in the short term but neither will the alternative energy sources they support.

It's hard to argue that an "embrace all sources" including nuclear and more oil production is a bad idea but "only new sources" is a good one.

I've said it before, and it continues to hold true, Obama fans are far too sensitive.
