I don't want our year to end, but yes, I was definitely referring to them not having a coach as far as looking for a new one.

He will pocket some coin out of this for sure. I can see him making the jump to Arky because of the instability of the Big XII Conference...Mizzou isn't the ripe apple waiting to be plucked.

We better be looking. If not we're in trouble. Waiting until the NCAA hearing will force yet another quick hire for the bafoon in the AD's office to make.
Coach Pearl did this to himself, his team, his boss, the University and the fans.

- Our sources tell us that John Pelphrey will be terminated on Friday or Monday. This was coming regardless of the photos of himself and two HS juniors.Bill Self will be the first HC offered the Arkansas job, with a package in the neighborhood of 3.25 mil/year. If Self says no, like most expect, Buzz Williams will be next in line.

The chances of Mike Anderson going to Arkansas are very slim. An Arkansas reporter was on the radio this morning saying that there are a majority of the boosters who want to stay away from Anderson, being that he was on staff with Nolan Richardson when Nolan was fired and it was an ugly mess. The school is just now getting around to honoring the 1994 National Championship team because it was so bad.

Do the boosters who want to stay away from it realize it was Broyles' fault? It seems silly to avoid a very good coach because your AD screwed something up years ago.

Maybe... But i don't know why he'd want to come to the heat when he has zero pressure in Minn.

I think that if they open up the check book and make sure that other coaches know the dumpster fire Broyles created is gone then they can get a very good hire. They have a great class coming in.

He could recruit memphis, ms, ark, tx, mizzou and okla areas and make a run at the SEC.
