Shoop isn't going to actively pursue kids still committed to Penn State. If they decommit, maybe, but you don't burn bridges by trying to take players with you. It's unprofessional. It's the type of **** the Kiffins of the world pull. We're better than that.

I think he will go after kids committed to PSU. He helped Franklin take some of candies when they went to PSU. If a PSU kid meets our needs and Shoop wants him then try to take him. We will be paying this guy 1.3 mil, we better trust his evaluations.

If we have been recruiting the same guy, then there is nothing wrong with him trying to bring recruits with him, if they have built a good relationship and the recruit wants to follow them.

It's usually the recruit who decides to follow, more than the coach trying to flip them.

Im sure film study is why this is taking so long to announce, who is on our big board (possible PS Recruits) de-committing. CBJ and CBS working the film study TV at Butches house.
