An outside gym would be kind of cool honestly. Push yourself all you want, I got nothing against a guy trying to better himself. I will 3 or 4 days in a row, then rest a day. But if you are lifting every day you are going to end up hurting yourself.
Not when I live in Nebraska during the frigid winter season.
There is already information on how to naturally regrow your hair including use cardio workout to eliminate excess dht, eat the right foods, get 7 hours of sleep at night, and shower in lukewarm water.
You can use ehow for vast problems to find useful info for hair regrowth, along with no doubt how to change a car tire, how to tie a bow tie, and vast other problems.
You mean working out 3 to 4 days in a row.
Also I havent used lifting in forever. Honestly I cant recall last time I did lift weights at my gym.
Only forms of excercise I'll use is the stairmaster and run on treadmill for the workout streak and until my hair has fully regrown.
