Peterman a sleeper pick?

I had written the kid off as a water boy after the Florida game. He played like a hero against Clemson. He gets an "atta boy" from me.

Nice college career once he made the move. Very happy for the guy, he proved a lot of people wrong.

NFL, not sure I see him being successful in the league.
He'll probably prove me wrong as well. :)

I hope he has success in the NFL. It just didn't work out for him here. Our offense didn't really fit his play style

Our coaching didn't work for him. It was clear in his career that having an actual QB coach and quality OC was the difference.

Yep. It makes me wonder what Worley could have done had he gone elsewhere.

Wonder if deputy is still around? Always liked peterman myself and remember he had a connection to him and said he was a good one. Looks like deputy was right.

His skillset may not have fit our offense, but it was'nt just that. He's had some really solid QB coach technique coaching. His confidence is huge to what it was in a Vols uni.

Peterman came here and gave it his best. It didn't work out and he moved on. I hope he has a long and productive career in the NFL.

I've wondered about American pig, he disappeared when peterman left. He was like d4h, except more angry.

He couldn't run a zone read offense. End of story.

He never got a fair or fighting chance. A QB doesn't have to have be as Mobil as Dobb's to run the offense successfully. Peterman would have run it just fine just like Dormady would if he won the job. Everyone bases Nate's career at TN off of less than a half of play in his first start and it being at the swamp. A place or team that our most popular QB alumni could beat or win at. Nate was given a bad rap by a small group of fans that most likely knew very little about football as a whole. It's obvious he is a good QB and will get his chance to play on Sundays. I wish him luck and hope he becomes a 15 yr QB Vet and wins lots of games. He is a very easy young man to pull for just like Dobb's is.
