Petrino

Poster on SECTalk.com is saying that Petrino is the top of the list for Florida. Appears to be a State fan though, TIFIW.

I can't not buy Mullen at this point.

I can. Mississippi State has the lowest athletic budget of ANY school in the SEC, or so I've read (even lower than Vandy's). I just see it being a matter of dollars over anything else. MSU can't match nor compete with any other school. I think Malzahn would be a longshot, but a possibility. Once "The Amazing Cam-dini" is gone, what's the Barn going to have? So in that respect, I can see either one.

But I don't see Petrino. I see Nutt more than I see Petrino. Nutt's name is in the coaching hat for every job in the USA it seems.

Don't know if his name has been tossed around, but what about Chizik? Seems crazy, I know but he played at and is a grad from UF. Auburn may go through some probation and I bet $ Cam is gone after this year.

Petrino would be much like Spurrier at UF. Would take a year or so, but he can get the athletes to win in his system. I don't like Petrino, but he would win at UF.

I would love to see that clown go to Gainesville. He would then bolt on them in the middle of the night.

Also, for the OP, thanks for stealing my avatar. :p

Don't think Chizik is going to be on the list with the Cam situation.
