Peyton's after the game reaction

Dooley would have never let him in the locker room to begin with. Something tells me an all-pro, MVP, first ballot HOFer might come in handy as a mentor.

This program is close....everyone is worried about peterman but everyone was worried about worley coming into this year....I bet we get 9-10 wins next year.

Peterman is not the answer at QB. We will probably have to roll with Dobbs, and although he also is mistake prone, he's at least capable of making plays here and there, which I have seen none of with Peterman. Alternatively, it would be awesome if either Jennings or Dormady came in, grabbed the bull by the horns, and balled out as a freshman.

Yeah, I am not getting the worry over Peterman. He started 3 of 3, then went south, but for a guy with what...20 career pass attempts?...on the road, between the hedges, I thought it could have been worse.

He's not coming back to UT to coach when he's done, he'll end up on ESPN or some other sports network. Coaching positions are no guaranteed job by any means.

I completely agree that this is where Peyton Manning will be in the next 5 or so years (He's on a high note right now, the last thing we need is for him to become Brett Farve...)

It would be for manning. Hart would offer manning the head coaching job in a heartbeat if he wanted it

He's not coming back... Not guaranteed... :eek:k: you believe that when manning is ready that any vols coach is gonna have the balls to say that we don't have a position coaching job open? Or we are doing away with our special teams positions again? Seriously wake up he's gonna be our qb coach then OC when the timing is right.

So... I see that picture, and I died a little on the inside.

Then I scrolled down two posts to see this and spit out a mouthful of Gentlemen Jack and Coke. Well freakin played.

You mixed gentlemen Jack with coke!?!

I just spit out a sip of single barrel!

I agree that Dobbs has to be the guy next year. Peterman is awful in live game situations and if you have to play a true Fr. at QB you are hurting.

Well, if we're gonna create stories with inaccurate photo captions to reflect how we fans feel after the game...

"Peyton remembers where the latrines used to be in the Georgia visitors' locker room."

At little off topic but about Peyton and this picture ... I noticed in his last game not only in the sideline but also in the huddle he was keeping his head down ... more than normal. Even during the comeback that took them to overtime... I made a comment to my wife if she thought he was in more pain again. Just a thought.

Unless you know something about he QB situation that the rest of us don't, then no way we win that many games next year unless Peterman makes a dramatic improvement or Dobbs wakes up.

He will not Coach anywhere. He has already said he has no intentions of getting into Coaching. He will be an analyst I believe.

People always say they're not going to get drunk again either. An analyst job for Peyton would be a complete waste of talent. He seriously needs to be involved in coaching somewhere. Jmo
