Not at all. He implied that phone calls were not a big deal, to which I gave an instance where they were a big deal. You are the one who took it way out of context chief.

The HUGE difference between BP an Kelvin Sampson is this...BP lied, but admitted it before he was caught...Sampson lied, then kept on lying to cover it up, then lied again after even more illegal calls were made.

Coach Bruce did the right thing by coming out and saying he messed up and admitted he lied.

Still think the NCAA yanks a couple of schollys though.

I don't have strong feelings about Bruce Pearl one way or the other, but I need to get this straight. Kiffin is a low down dirty snake because he lied and left and he was eventually going to get our football program on probation. Bruce is an internet hero because he lied and stayed? Something has to give in this equation.

When Kalvin Sampson did a similar thing at IU it was a big deal and alot of us tore him up on here....I hate it but it is a big deal anytime we do something against the rules or lie to the NCAA...if nothing else it makes our program look shaddy.

Yes, he loves ut so much that he's done things that are allowing the media, other programs and message boards all across America to spend the last 18 hours bashing you. Guess he's like kiffin, do anything to get the UT name out there.
