Phrases/Cliches that annoy you.

We have a really good group of friends and all the wives in the group say "all the things" (except my wife) and for whatever reason it makes me want to scream. It's just a filler phrase but they say it all the time when they get together.

Example: "her house was decorated in a vintage style with a grandfather clock, an old piano, all the things, and when I walked in...."

When twitter stalkers refer to their targets as "Young Man". When anyone refers to a player as "a product of..".

Those are just football related. The business lexicon gets dumber every day, but a couple of examples would be "pivoting", "going forward", "optics", "disruptive", etc.
 
You could say....turn left, turn left, turn left.....if the “asker” is literal and will do exactly what you say.
