Pic of Milton @ MRI

I'll let you continue thinking you know everything. Next time I see your posts, I'll read with delight assuming you know everything.
Pretty clueless about plenty. Although I do know that a random patient/visitor taking a picture of another patient or visitor in a common area (lobby) isn’t a violation of HIPAA.

They’re saying KOC is closed on Sundays so he would have to go to hospital for MRI.
I believe KOC has a walk in emergency policy for nights and weekends. I also believe KOC is Tennessee's on call facility and they would do whatever Tennessee's Athletic Department needed when-ever they needed it.

Just watched CJH Monday pressor and he seemed to acknowledge the photo of Joe as authentic and said additional medical opinions are precautionary, so sounds like he did have an MRI. Heup said Joe was fine and is expected to play on Saturday FWIW.

Talking with my brother during the game, we immediately assumed there would be an MRI done this week. However, orthopedics have come a really long way in recent years. I’m sure the orthopedic staff on hand at the game would have assessed all three knee ligaments inside that tent as soon as he came off the field and determined none of them were torn. Which is how he got the greenlight to go back out onto the field.

So chances of anything major are incredibly low. But could an MRI show a slight tear in the MCL or LCL sidelining him for a couple of weeks? I’d say that’s possible. If that happens, I don’t think we would know about it until our offense takes the field for the first time Saturday. Heuple is as tight lipped of a coach as I’ve seen.

I think he's typically a genuine and honest guy. I have learned not to believe a thing he says about player availability.

I recall Saban joking about Bryce Young being banged up before the aTm game last year: "I could call up Jimbo and tell him what we're going to do next week after the press conference. Do you guys think I'm going to tell you what we're going to do with the team and our players? You might as well make it up...."

It most assuredly affected his accuracy. I would say they did a field test for anything torn and it was negative. That would have only shown complete teats. He could have strained one or more of the ligaments and still limited his mobility. I severely sprained my ACL playing baseball and was in a soft cast style brace for 6 weeks without a tear.
How would you know about his accuracy, he hasn't been accurate since the day he stepped on the field

No coincidence he went from 14-16 in the first half then he gets rolled up and starts off 1-9 in the 2nd half
And where did he throw those 14 to, and came close to getting one of them picked off. You can post all day but at the end of the day he cannot throw the ball down field with any accuracy, and that's why most every call is to the sideline. They did let him throw a few times in the second half and you saw what happened. I have never said Nico is ready, all I'm saying is what I see when he attempts a pass over the middle of any distance

If you have ever read any of my posts you would know that those kind of statements do nothing but infuriate me. Unlike you, I support whichever player is on the field. Also, before you talk about accuracy, look at the actual data. First half stats before he hurt his knee are drastically different than after. I deal in data, not inane opinions.

As a healthcare worker, you shouldn't be posting images of people like this. It is a direct violation of their rights. HIPAA is a real thing. Probably wouldn't want someone doing this to you. These players are real people and deserve better.

Did he say he worked there?

It's still wrong. The man has a right to privacy, especially regarding his medical care. Again, you probably wouldn't want someone posting your business on the Internet. This tread should have been deleted.

Whoa there with those draconian rules. Journalism is a brooooaaad arena

You implied there was something legally wrong with it. Legally a person has no general expectation of privacy walking around in public. If you are out in public, you can have your picture taken by people who see you. HIPAA would prevent a hospital worker from taking such a picture for publication on Volnation without the patient's consent though.
This is accurate. Now, even though it's in public, the hospital (if private) may have a policy that can be enforced with a trespass IF the photographer is trespassed by being first asked to leave, then followed up with law enforcement to bring charges if he/she refuses. HIPAA has nothing to do with non healthcare staff as you say.

Right. Generally if you are out in public if somebody snaps a picture of you, they are free to do so. Throw in some weird facts, like say, it's an x-ray tech on his break out in the lobby taking the picture, or the law of trespass you mentioned and the calculation can change.
