We could be really good at RB. I've never seen that much potential in a backfield. Our O-line has to step up, but Bobo has done a good job of mixing it up and keeping Ds off balance lately. We've been proficient enough on offense in CMR's tenure, we've just not had consistently good D. Jury's out on Pruitt at UGA, but I think he's making some good moves in the offseason. He's getting the player's attention. We'll see how it translates on the field. He's serious about his job.

Next florida: This is more hope than any evidence has been seen to actually beating this stupid team.

If we are favored by a touchdown, I would still consider it to be an upset. We haven't beat them in a decade.

Vanderbilt. We'll be a slight underdog looking for bowl eligibility. They believe they can win now and that may be enough. So as much as it pains me to say it, beating Vandy would be an upset.

If Butch can snap the streak against UF this year it will be HUGE. It has been so long since we beat the Gators its become almost comical. I wasn't even on Volnation the last time we beat them.

Bama may be our biggest traditional rival but I became a Vol in the early 90s and every year I want to beat Florida first and foremost.

I believe we finally snap the streak this year. Florida will be improved and the more talented team, but I think Butch gets his second signature win in Neyland this year.

Barring getting snake bit again with injuries I honestly believe UGA wins the SEC crown this year. Richt always seems to have his best teams in the years when most people aren't expecting much.

I believe UGA beats Bama for the SEC crown this year.

Did you have the same feeling last year when we UT went to Oregon? Lots of Vol fans were predicting big things in Eugene

The offensive and defensive lines just have to be average and the rest of the offense and defense will pick up the slack on the way to 7 wins and maybe a bowl win! Then in 2015, watch out SEC!

Not sure I follow you. We've had good fortune beating all the teams we were supposed to beat. Have to go back many years to find the last time UT was really upset.

I'm old enough to remember North Texas State beating us, but too old to remember which year it was.

p.s. Memphis in '96 was the last true upset... I think.
