Gonna take a while to gel all the new pieces like last season. Presumed starting shortstop being out throws an additional wrench in things.

I’ll guess we win Beam’s start, lose the other two. Throwing two guys who’ve never started out there in an MLB Stadium against Big XII talent to get their feet wet doesn’t bode well.

As always, hope I’m wrong. But honestly taking our lumps early worked out really well for us last year. Flamed out in 21, and the 22 team was so dominant that it struggled once adversity struck. 23 peaked at the right time and struggled so much early on that they knew how to fight against all odds.

Long way to respond to a pickem, but I don’t want the usual suspects attacking me from all sides for my opinion again lol.
