Does the line prevail until the coach decides to let everyone play? The only thing more painful than watching that 8th inning was listening to those 2 call the game. That one guy still thinks there is a "pitcher spot" in the batting order though there has been a DH for over 40 years. There are no position spots in the batting order, only batters. You hit your spot until you come out. Nuts and it took 2 hitters to see there was no on on first.
