It really depends on the what your interpretation of “fair” is, you cannot only use a dictionary that was created by one persons opinion. Actually, is the word “fair”even fair to use? Maybe a question the committee needs to answer.

I agree. That word is so subjective. In a greater societal construct, is it even relevant anymore, or should it be banished to the dustbin of passé vernacular? If it leaves the ballpark, who are we to judge? (in other words, I picked with my heart and not my head and need a whole lot of dingers today to cover or I’m losing points)
