If you're going to critique someone's writing on a message board, then you should make sure that your own post is perfect. You're missing a comma and a question mark in your first sentence: "I guess that is writing in Bama, huh?"

I would like to talk about the original thread's initial points. While everybody else can jump on the "screw Bama" mentallity, I'm thinking about this from a football mindset. Kansas St. probably will not lose. The other 2 are in the air though. Oregon still has to play #13 Stanford and #16 Oregon State. It's not a done deal. Notre Dame still has to play Wake Forrest and #18 USC. While Wake Forrest should be a good game, ND has struggled a few times this year to win against a few unranked teams. Not to mention the fact that in the past a 12-1 SEC team has jumped a 12-0 team that had a by week in the championship week. If Bama or Georgia wins out, and 2 teams lose, they are in. If Oregon gets a loss and Notre Dame doesn't, it's still a toss up.

I personally hope that the SEC is represented in the title game. If not, what shows that we are the toughest conference?

I actually agree with you here. I pull for SEC teams (other than UT and Auburn) in meaningless bowl games. If Bama can't win the NC, I don't want any other SEC team to have it, because it won't help our recruiting.

In case you didn't know, the winner of the NC game brings in 14-18 million dollars to the conference. The conference gives the institution that wins money to cover there expenses first then the rest is divided amongst the other institutions in the conference
Therefore UT would get roughly 1 million bucks even though they had a horrible year. A million dollars could seriously help with getting a new coach since UT is way under budget due to a bad year/sales.

I don't have self-esteem issues it's just for the simple fact that I HATE ALL AND EVERYTHING ALABAMA!!!! You trashy sucka's make sick!! And your on our message board talking **** to us in our home!! You know I hate the gators just as bad but I respect Lawarence Wright. Yeah he throws a jab as a rival should but he is cool people but YOU stir **** just to piss us off!!

See, i'm more than happy to trade barbs with people. I don't take this seriously, and I don't get upset. I would recommend that you stop taking what I say so seriously or put me on ignore. I certainly don't want to upset your delicate sensibilities.
