Pig Howard

I love Pig. I really feel that was the wrong call by the refs anyway. Pig showed decisive cuts and speed getting to the edge. I really was wanting the Pig throw to work out, but he did well to get yards on that play. He is becoming the playmaker we all know he can be. Can't wait to see him develop more being just a Sophomore

they made the right call as much as I hate to say it.

what sucked were the 10 flags on the game tying drive. it was obvious "they" were going to let the dogs tie it up

So proud of Pig Howard today! Trying to make a big play ... that's what we need. He is going to make many more big one's in the future. The Volunteer Nation is behind him and Team 117 all the way!

Pig finally showed what we've before just heard he had. He was elusive and dangerous with the ball in his hands. Wish he had just taken one yard less on that last play.

One of the PI's was a phantom. The call on Vereen looked pretty ridiculous to me.

Pig emerged as a weapon and truly laid everything on the line today. If there is anything to be learned from that unfortunate play at the goal line, it is that, hopefully, he will keep both hands on the ball as he reaches for the pylon next time.

I never even saw what they were talking about with Vereen. What did he do?

He got into a scrap with a lineman for Georgia far away from the ball. It looked like he pulled his helmet off.

I'm all for playing with a mean streak, but he's gotta learn to be smarter than that in crucial situations.

I'm sure he'll learn from it and move on.

I know this is old news but did anybody see the uga lineman make a play WITHOUT his helmet? should have been a penalty but we converted.

point is there was an obvious penalty that WAS IGNORED.

imagine that

Kid played a heck of a game. I hate that the last play happened like it did for him. Was very good to see him really becoming a focal point of the offense tonight.

Love Pig, I can't fault him for trying to reach and get that touchdown.

6 rushes for 46 yards; 4 receptions for 70 yards. He played lights-out, all-go-no-stop and should hold his head up.

What a game !

Using an acronym the police once used to respond to being called "Pigs"-it applies to Howard after his performance on Saturday.

Better Saturdays and Sunday mornings are ahead.

I'm betting this young man wins a game or two for us this season.

We're going to see live dynamite wrapped in C-4, the rest of Pig's season. This guy is I.E.D. just waiting to explode. It won't be an oink but something like this:

I don't think there will be a better example this year of any player "Giving their all for Tennessee" than Pig Howard's dive for the end-zone.
