Peterman has all the talent in the world, it was just a bad situation for him here and he seemed to melt under the pressure.

It looks like he finally has his confidence. I hope he lights it up while playing there and gets drafted. I think he and Worley were never used properly. Both of those guys had the talent to play at most schools and in the right systems could have put up big numbers.

That and neither one is the right QB for Butch's offense. It's a testament to how strong they are as people for never giving up despite the cards being stacked against them in so many ways.

I agree. After watching the beatings Worley took during the 14 season, and never complained or threw any of his OL under the bus, my respect went through the roof for him. It would be awesome to see Peterman put up good numbers, and lead his Panthers to a good season.

Cmon man. :p

The worst part about that play was "what if it hadn't slipped"? That ball was getting picked anyway. He must have seen it and had a brain fart and squeezed the ball. He was in way over his head at that point. I'm a Butch supporter, but starting / playing NP & losing that game against a horrible UF team I put squarely on Butch. I love our coach but a handful of decisions have been head scratchers.

How 'bout THIS "trick"...

Pretty bad Oline blocking when 4 gators go untouched to sack him.

There was no O line blocking. I think that was a play where we thought we drew them off sides.

Ha Ha. But don't I recall him having a broken finger at this point in the game and hence the bad throw?

Not just any old finger, I believe it was his thumb. He tried to keep playing when it was broken.
