This is one of those times I'm glad I'm married to an older woman.... LOL!! She used her AARP discount to get us at The Graduate. Like $250 a night.

I love my Vols, but I'd never in a million years pay $2-3K to stay at a hotel in Knoxville. You could stay somewhere on the beach, hell probably stay at an all inclusive resort out of the country for a week for those prices. That's just insane!

It's crazy. We found a 3 BR air bnb in downtown Nashville for the opener at $1200

Timing is everything on making reservations as well as knowing where to stay. There are lots of good hotels outside of downtown Nashville. Make sure your air bnb is reputable and in a safe area, some of the news stories are creepy.
