I talked about this on the CKH fired thread. I know two big-time donors (no I can’t tell you their names) who told me that the lack of faith and respect grew over time. I see this as a weakness in leadership. But in CKC’s defense, she was tasked with being Pat, and of course, no one can be. I saw her confidence eroded over her tenure. The pressures were too much. And before anyone says that she should have known before signing on, yeah, but it’s so much more complicated.
