Riddle me this. Who has been the source of leadership from which Bray should have learned? Herman Lathers? I love the dude, and appreciate him for what he does, but you can't be a quiet leader. The fact of the matter is, we have been in a state of homeostasis over the last 3 years, under the promise of a process and improvement. What I've seen is a talent increase and development and coaching intelligence decrease. Tyler may have played badly, but these coaches do NOTHING to help. NOTHING. They will sit there and run the same damn stupid sweep play that's been getting eaten in the backfield all game. We had a CLEAR edge in the run game early, yet we insisted on forcing Bray to throw. I echo the sentiment earlier in the thread that it "Starts at the top."
