He is one of the few VN posters I've actually met in person. We only ate and chatted with him at the bar at Calhoun's, but even in that short time I instantly loved the guy. He had me cracking up and was a genuinely great guy. I'm so sorry to hear this and you will definitely be in my prayers OWH.

Having been on this board for nearly 10 years (as a lurker primarily), OWH has always provided some of the most well thought out, respectable and interesting content. Always enjoyable reading and it's evident he is a true VOL. Hope you are able to post again soon.

Also, I've not had the pleasure of meeting you, but you have obviously touched those that have had that opportunity! It takes a special person to leave a lasting positive impression.

OWH's sister has asked me to pass along this information about OWH.

His immune system was compromised because of diabetes, and he developed an infection that progressed to a point where treatment isn't effective. He is in ICU, and it does not appear that he will get better.

Please pray for OWH, and for this precious family, and his friends. They are aware of how much he loves Volnation, and how much we love him.
