Has it been said how pokemon stops are determined . They mostly seem to be churches and parks. Lol

They basically just took the stops that had existed with the developer's (Niantic) former game, Ingress. I'm not sure how people could set them up, but a server I had at a bar a few days ago told me about how they have a stop at their bar because she had set it up for her Ingress game.

It's not stop-for-stop exact, but it's almost. Something like 9/10 stops are identical.

Something like 2/3 or Ingress stops are now Pokemon stops and gyms.

I see. Thanks. I was thinking if I had any buisness right now I would want it to be a pokestop. Lol

This is something I don't understand. The news here reported 2 nights ago that one of the parks in town had around 1k people there getting whatever it is you get with this game.

Yeah. It's a fun game that draws people of all ages outdoors. Download it and try it out. It's a pretty simple concept and enjoyable.

Border Patrol detains Canadian teens who crossed border playing 'Pokemon GO' | Fox News

U.S. Border Patrol officials say two Canadian teenagers were briefly apprehended after they accidentally crossed the U.S. border into Montana while playing the game "Pokemon GO." Border Patrol Agent John South says the teens were engrossed and wandered into the United States.

South says agents detained them while contacting their mother, who was nearby on the Canadian side. The agents then released the children to their mother.

About 6 cars blew past me last night and pulled over in the road in front of a gas station. Nearly had the road bocked. I'm all for people having fun, but that's a bit ridiculous.

It's about to die down now . Niantic is the worst company ever . They just make this game worse one update at a time
