I want to take a moment to speak about the alarming political correctness that our beloved UT is getting involved in lately. In September they tried to have its students only use gender neutral pronouns Tennessee lawmakers blast gender-neutral pronouns at UT | Times Free Press .Now they so called leaders of our great institution won’t allow Secret Santa’s or using the term Christmas Party instead of Holiday party Starnes: University warns against 'Secret Santas'| Latest News Videos | Fox News .I’m sorry but what the heck is going on with our leaders today. This type of stuff makes us laughing stock that other coaches can use against during recruiting. Heck we are hurting ourselves. Please pray for leaders with integrity to quit being such passive wimps and stand up to this political correctness that is being forced on all of us. GO VOLS!!!

No, it doesn't.

Even if it did, which it doesn't, that's not the type of player we want at UT. It would be a blessing in disguise.

No, he's saying he doesn't want a sissy who gets his underwear in a wad over something as mundane and ridiculous as this to be playing on his football team.

Such a sissy would probably get his rear grazed over by Butch.

What about the sissies complaining about the Christmas party they weren't going to attend in the first place?

Our current administration can take their political correctness and jam it where the sun don't shine! They have their heads there anyway.

Totally agree. Learning to deal with antithetical circumstanstances is paramount in becoming a productive human being...

What? Why wouldn't we want that kind of player at UT?

I want a recruit/player who focuses on the program, their academics, enjoying some of the best years of their life, and improving their character; not someone who cares or focuses on the BS sent out by the diversity department at UT.

This is fantastic.

One poster falsely accuses another of implied stereotypes by fasely stereotyping himself. Ironic.

LOL. Oh to be a fly on the wall at the football staff meeting when they heard about this. Some reporter should ask Butch at the next press conference how he will refer to his players from now on. "He, I mean, Ze played well today" "He, I mean uh, Ze had great pad level" "Oh f*** all this PC s***"

I'm guessing most players choose between two or three closely identical schools.... Something as stupid as the things our diversity program puts out would definitely be a negative when I am listing the positives and negatives about each school. I hate all this stupid PC crap..... Ze, Zhe... Stressing out over "holiday" party.... I feel the same about Christians and the red Starbucks cup.... People are so stupid and Whiney nowadays.

Again, if an unofficial suggestion of a diversity department is the deciding criteria, the recruit and the university would each do better by parting ways.
