Again, if an unofficial suggestion of a diversity department is the deciding criteria, the recruit and the university would each do better by parting ways.

I would rather have the really good recruit that's tired of stupid BS like this and part ways with the diversity department and Cheek.... I went to UT and I dealt with this kind of nonsense all the time. I changed careers and the second time I went back I was smarter and just agreed with whatever belief system that professor held and it was easy A city. It's nonsense like this that is getting Donald Trump votes.
