Unless these discussions are bothering some people, I'd say keep it like it is. It probably helps to have the light pub topics in with the potentially heated topics - helps keep things in perspective.

If having them in the pub is bothering some then moving it is fine with me as well. :twocents:

Honestly, the pub isn't THAT hard to sort through, is it? I've never seen more than 20 or so new threads at a time.

Just a thought. I think the pub is generally a pretty upbeat place. The political discussions could drag the pub down a little. I suspect if there was a political forum all to itself, it'd keep the rest of the board a bit nicer. I go to some poli boards elsewhere and most that tend to squable on the poli board act nice on the others. Regardless, this and all such boards need to be fun. BTW I'd recommend a dedicated mod for any poli board you may consider.

I don't have a problem with it at all. I enjoy most of that stuff. We've actually talked about a subforum from time to time, but so far we've just left it in the general discussion of the Pub. If anybody has any thoughts on this, feel free to PM one of the Mods or Freak. We'd welcome the input.
