Poll: Do You Support the Black Lives Matter Movement?

Do you support the Black Lives Matter movement?

Do I support the value of black lives, such as that of most of our players? Of course.

A majority of "no"s is just odd. You watch black athletes and support them from kickoff till the whistle, but don't value their lives off the field??

Just weird cognitive dissonance.

It's the master/slave mentality at its finest. Let the blacks exert themselves for my entertainment while I ignore their humanity.

The poll specifically says "movement" and people in here are talking about the .org, of course

Well I can look at the actions of the “movement” and I don’t support what they do or say. And call it the movement or the org, either way I say f*** blm.

Brain. Use it.
Look in the mirror.

How do the protesters differentiate?

How does anyone understand what is being supported if both are using the same slogan/name?

These people are radicals that are using thousands of naive/innocent/oblivious people who use the name of their organization as a slogan.

Then why are you on a board supporting teams full of black people if you don't value their lives? I guess you can do both, but it is pretty preverse and sick, man. They are not just entertainment FOR YOU.

Use your brain. Support black lives and fellow men. Listen to them. Learn. Support more. Like Pruitt. Or not and go off somewhere else. Why support black players on the field but not their lives?

No one here is anti-black lives.

Many of us see what the BLM organization/movement has done since 2013 and has continued to do in Ferguson, MO and on overdrive this year with Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and Jacob Clark.

This is a group of radical Marxist extremists taking advantage of people.

Ignore the obvious agenda at your own peril.

That's like saying you don't support the law and order movement because of the actions of some of the cops. You should be on the side of what you think is right, regardless of how other people behave.

By asking for justice? By asking for reform? These aren't things you should be afraid of, they are POSITIVES!! It is why our team and HC are supporting them. They are good things, hellooo

Saying you have to support BLM or else you don't value black lives is like saying a person is a fascist for opposing antifa. It's childish logic based on semantics.

Like it or not, the BLM movement and the BLM organization are intertwined at this point. And the wanton destruction of private property in these BLM protests has a tendency to turn off people (like myself) who believe that there is a problem of overpolicing in this country.

Who said I don’t value black peoples lives? Of course I do. I said I don’t support blm. I know what blm stands for, it is clearly stated. A bunch of self admitted marxists who want to destroy the nuclear family and America as we know it. I’ve also seen many of their leaders speak of how whites are “a little less than human” and “inferior”. I’ve seen the blm movement in the streets burning other people’s businesses that they spent their lives working for, carrying signs that encourage looting, surrounding people and using bully tactics and intimidation to force people to kneel or raise the “black power fist, block roads and drag people from their vehicles. I could go on , but to sum it up I again say f*** blm the movement. It’s pretty simple really.

They’re kids ignorant to reality and Pruitt is doing what he has to do.

I am on the side of what I think is right, that’s why I am against blm. I know what they believe, I know their stated goals like destroying the nuclear family, I’ve seen statements from their leaders speaking of how whites aren’t quite human. I can also see what you call the movement burning businesses and blocking streets, looting, bullying, and assaulting people. Hell when the blm riots started right after George Floyd died I watched a livestream from a California news station which had the blm leader of the protest saying in the interview that they “weren’t going to hurt people, Just white mans money. Insurance gon pay for that sh** anyways” the idiot said. You can’t separate these things out as if it’s some tiny portion of the entire blm movement, because it’s not. Everywhere blm touches you see this sh**. I don’t support it and never will.
