Next year isn't a total rebuild, but it's a small one, shouldn't be worse than 8-4

I'm thinking 11-1 with our only loss coming on the road against Bama. Think UGA takes a step back offensively without Bennett. We should be favored in every other game. A&M will have talent but they're coming off a 5 win season. Florida got beat by Vanderbilt and Kentucky this year. I don't care that we gave up 63 to South Carolina... still think we beat them 8 out of 10 times in 2022. We get them at our place in 2023.
It’s early but I’m thinking 11-1 as well. Bama gets us on the road but then we get them back in Atlanta on our way to the playoff!

Got to keep the double digit wins flowing.

Dipping back down to single digits once in awhile will happen but the goal has to be 10 each season now.

I'm not going to Vote because there are too many variables out there but the schedule certainly sets up well to Win 9 or 10 with aTm, and at Florida being swing games. Beat bama and/or Georgia and that's just more gravy on the plate!

Bama is due for a crappy QB and Georgia is due for one of their epic letdown seasons.

Didn’t realize Tennessee only leaves the state 4 times next season.

I think some hard lessons are going to come on the road next season.

I’m interested to see how the aTm game shakes out.

Is that record where we all want it to be?
No not at all

Do I think it’s best to scale back expectations?
Absolutely

10-2 (11-2, post season) is certainly setting the bar high, but it's where UT needs to be to compete for championships.

Vote for your minimal acceptable 2023 final season record, not counting playoff or bowl. Just record after 12 season games.....

too early. lot of potential for roster changes which are just beginning. need to see what subtractions and additions happen. JMO, not good idea to predict right now

9-3. Losing to Bama and Georgia and another let down game. If defense gets better in secondary, 10 wins is likely

That’s not how any of this works. There’s possible games we could lose and not all factors in winning those are within the control of our coach or anyone else in the program. Turnovers, chance, injuries, penalties (when your guy does everything right but still gets called, or when one should be called on the other side but isn’t) , a lot of those can’t be controlled.

The only way to control it is to out recruit them. That’s why even when Georgia played horribly against Missouri, it didn’t matter. We aren’t there yet. Most of the SEC can still beat us depending on how things unfold
