I understand what you're saying and tend to agree, but I don't see how that would be the case for FSU. Unless of course the game tonight works out that way. They have had a pretty dominant season this year.

Nothing screamed 'Team of Destiny' to me and pretty much the sports world at the time more than the 2001 NY Yankees. The 9-11-01 flag waving, pulling away to win their division. Down 0-2 to the A's going on the road and came back to win 3 straight playoff games in the best of 5 first round. Won 2 straight extra innings games to take the WS lead 3-2 and then .. they lost game 6 and 7 to the Arizona Diamondbacks.
