Popeyes Bahamas Bowl "Western Kentucky vs Central Michigan" ESPN NOON

Dan Enos is one of a select few that would call a play as pathetic as that.

This is also one of the rare cases I would have kicked the extra point, although CMU probably wouldn't have stopped WKU in overtime.

He's just returning the favor. We went for the win on 4th down in the Little Caesars Bowl two yrs ago instead of kicking the game tying FG.

Why go for two there? You've shut them down since the 3rd. Take them to overtime and complete what would have been a memorable (possibly historic) comeback.

Now it's just going to be an "almost" game that a handful of people remember for a few years.

FTR they didn't shut them down. WKU's offensive gameplan just completely changed. Doughty threw half as many passes in the 2nd half but had a higher completion percentage. They still couldn't stop the pass, they just gave up on it and tried to milk the clock.

Nick Holt's last two bowl games:

67 points, 777 yards to Baylor
48 points, 607 yards to Central Michigan

Jeff Brohm's gotta cut him loose

He's horrible. Further proves that Carroll was the one pulling the defensive strings at USC. Don't even have to go back to the Baylor bowl game; they had multiple 21 pt leads vs Marshall a month ago that the defense tried to blow. My dad, who's a season ticket holder at WKU, texted me after the game and said they lost 3 games this year where they had at least a 21 point lead.

Nuff said.
