I’ll also add that it seems like that Karic can get another year, so you’re looking at having Heard and Karic being your returning guys. Then we’ve heard good things about Satterwhite at center. My hope is that Bennett Warren can break through and start at the other guard spot next year. Heard-Karic-Satterwhite-Warren-Sanders might be what we see next year. I also hope we get some IOL portal help as well, so we have plenty of options.

Portal RB Rankings.

Stewart is a monster. Over 4 yards-after-contact per carry each of his 4 years but doesn't add much in the passing game and he's a one-year rental.

Give me Bothwell or Hardy. 3 years of eligibility, good enough in the pass game (receiving & blocking), and already really good rushers.

Hard to say the talent Stewart has faced is good conditioning for the SEC

If we lose Boo and McCoy… portal and NIL are great in some ways and terrible in some ways.

If your star players are wanting to bounce after making the playoffs then there is no way of sustaining success. College sports are broken.
Where is this coming from? Have either of them entered the portal?

I know we have posted about plenty of WR over the past few days. How do we feel about Caleb Odom? I'm speaking specifically for a Bru replacement. Kid seems pretty large for a WR. Could be the main screen setter on the outside.

Drama Queen. He went on Twitter after losing to us to complain about Milroe not throwing him the ball more. Doesn’t sound like the type of player Heupel would be interested in for our culture. I’d be shocked if we pursued.

And yet some of the same teams will continue to compete for NCs, including the Vols.

Fair enough. Can't really argue that. That's a shame he is like that though.

Unacceptable, frankly. Our fanbase pays more $ than any other in the country. It’s $800 just to do normal stuff like, I dunno, go to a rivalry game anymore. Ridiculous.

If you’re gonna take advantage of your hard working fans like we do, you need to invest back into the product. The fact we’re near the very top of this list is a slap in the face.
Looks like BOT has an alter ego. To the ignore list you go.

It seems to me like staggering NIL payments could be a negotiating tool going forward. Say a player signs an NIL deal paying him 100k per year over his college career at that school. May be structure it in a way that he gets paid a marginal amount every month (say 3-4k) but get's the bulk of his 100k NIL deal paid out in lump sum payments every January and August as long as he is still on the roster. I think that would give a kid more pause to NIL shop when he knows that January payment is gonna be a big one.

Yeah. Then kids just never sign with your team in the first place because your NIL payment terms aren't competitive.
