With that being said, I'm going to go ahead and call BS too. If this cat really "knew" something, he would either say what it was that he knew or not say anything at all. Noone wants to hear "someone from Louisiana will commit, watch!!" then when anyone from Louisiana commits he could be like "See I told you!!"

If you aren't going to say who's committing, keep it to yourself. That's like a girl telling me how nice her boobies are and refusing to prove it.
