No doubt. The play of this team hasn't really been that good other than some games we should win and playing a good quarter or two. This team could have 4 or 5 losses right now easily. Playing this Qb was a roll of the dice. The team needed to be better around him and it wasn't. We took a step back this year. It's good that our OOC schedule was very very weak this year or we'd be worried about even making a bowl right now.
I think he 100% knows the problems. He’s not a dumb guy. Question is, can he fix those issues. IMO, this offense doesn’t work without a willing running QB. We also don’t have elite WRs right now, and the entire left side of our OL isn’t very good. Defensively, I love Banks aggression most games, but we just don’t have the talent at DB or LB to line up playing man to man. We just need to be grateful our DL has greatly improved, because otherwise this defense would be much, much worse. DB and LB positions have to be upgraded. That’s priority number 1. Right behind that is fixing OL/WR issues.Heupel's post game comments with Blob were rather flippant, didn't seem to be very concerned about anything, but I guess if I'd embarrassed my program the way his team performed today, I'd rather not get too specific about the wholesale breakdowns on national television either, but there was very little in today's game or their post game comments that gave you much confidence in this staff to do much of anything the rest of the year of next year either,

Attitude reflects leadership.Yeah, I heard it. Sad. I don’t understand how a team, any sport’s team with a competitive spirit, play with a lack of effort. Troy mentioned “lack of effort” in that segment.
Reaching holding poor tackling represent a lack of fundamentals and conditioning. This team needs to find 22 players with mental and physical toughness. We are not at the elite top 10 level in that department.Troy Fleming just leveled this team with brutal honestly as his opening lines. He said the effort and fundamentals were embarrassing especially on defense.
When your big guys in the trenches don't give a 100% effort the team suffers!I think he 100% knows the problems. He’s not a dumb guy. Question is, can he fix those issues. It’s also the attitude of the head coach. He has a dgaf attitude and he’s sloppy and out of shape. Doesn’t dress well. The team is taking after these things it looks like.Attitude reflects leadership.
Joe Miltons ambivalence has seeped into the team.
And I for one won't watch another game while he's starting QB.
I missed most of this season because I can't deal with his disposition as a QB.
I think to much time looking to GA and not prepping correctly for Missouri..Missouri averages 5-2 at home..they are a tough put at home...they are having thier once in a decade season..It's good that our OOC schedule was very very weak this year or we'd be worried about even making a bowl right now.
I have commented more than once this season to several of my friends that if I was Mrs. Heupel there is no way he would get in front of a camera looking like he does. It’s also the attitude of the head coach. He has a dgaf attitude and he’s sloppy and out of shape. Doesn’t dress well. The team is taking after these things it looks like.
Yeah throw your players under the bus publicly. That works real good usually.Heupel's post game comments with Blob were rather flippant, didn't seem to be very concerned about anything, but I guess if I'd embarrassed my program the way his team performed today, I'd rather not get too specific about the wholesale breakdowns on national television either, but there was very little in today's game or their post game comments that gave you much confidence in this staff to do much of anything the rest of the year of next year either,
