I'm sure we have some posters with master or doctoral degrees here, and I was wondering who has what.

Satan willing, I'll have a master's in music composition after I finish this independent study over the next couple weeks. I did comprehensive exams and a thesis over the Spring semester. Probably the most stressful event of my life lol.

Nice, guys! Too bad I'm getting a damn music degree lol. I'll be stoked if I can land a teaching job at a community college. I was planning on going for my doctorate after this, but I'm officially burnt out. Maybe in the future...more likely to pursue an MBA than a DMA.

I'm going to get the PhD so I can pursue a career in teaching at the college level. During my grad school time I was a student teacher to pay for the tuition cost and liked it.

If your college has a football team I would look into any GA positions they might have to better help your resume post graduation.
