Anybody else start your cardio, and feel like you're going to meet Jesus in the first 5 minutes, then it's like something kicks in?🤣 Every time I start on the treadmill, I'll swear I can't go 10 minutes, then it's like I get a crazy burst of energy and I'm fine
No.

When Jesus announces Himself, I get off the damn treadmill.

🤣. Maybe I exaggerated a bit. I just get started and ain't feeling it, but after about 5 minutes I'm pumped up.
Do you do a warmup ahead of time?

I find that if I do a good stretch or even just a handful of jumping jacks or a short walk before I start I don't get that feeling. If I just start straight in I feel like I'm running through mud that's up to my chest.

I don't, just start hard on the treadmill. May try stretching tonight.

Yes. I don’t treadmill anymore but have similar reaction to bike and elliptical. So I start at slightly lower resistance and kick it up at the 5 minute point.
