I’m not a denier or believer in widespread fraud.You can't prove fraud when you don't hold the evidence. Voters and even observers who may have witnessed what appears to be fraud don't have access to ballots cast, voting machines, or voter registration to make a case. Face it governments own the system, and citizens are the outsiders, and you should know that you can't fight city hall for exactly that reason.
However, it reminds me of the Netflix film “Icarus.” It’s about doping in professional cycling. Turns out the biggest prescribers of the doping routines were those on the anti-doping boards that set the testing protocols.
The point is, if I were going to commit voter fraud, I would know the legal definition of fraud inside-out and backwards, and then create a system that works outside that definition.
