You are born, you receive SSN card and birth certificate
Age 14-16-18...or more? depending on people- ID card or drivers license
18, boys register for military, make girls do it also
Register to vote at 18: must have your SSN card and birth certificate, your ID or drivers license, and a piece of paper saying you're registered for service.........now you're registered to vote, here is your voter ID card that is given (for free) after proof of address.
Might as well go ahead and bar code those voter ID cards too and now we can scan them.
Local election boards: should be pretty easy to have catalogue of who is who and who is registered to vote now. For all naturally born citizens this should end the voting debate "issues". Figure with technology it's not too hard to tie in death records to cancel voter id card and update changes of address either through post office or DMV to update your information as well. But, it is the government so it might be easier said than done.
Paper.............., machine................., how about we go ahead and do one of each simultaneously and have both records of vote.
