DOJ: Democrats Paid Pennsylvania Election Officials to Stuff Ballot Box

A former Judge of Elections in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been charged and pleaded guilty to illegally adding votes for Democrat candidates in judicial races in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
On Thursday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against former Judge of Elections Domenick DeMuro, 73, for stuffing the ballot box for Democrats in exchange for payment by a paid political consultant.
The charges, and guilty plea, include conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific Democrat candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections and a violation of the Travel Act.
The Trump administration’s prosecution of election fraud stands in stark contrast to the total failure of the Obama Justice Department to enforce these laws,” Public Interest Legal Foundation President Christian Adams said in a statement. “Right now, other federal prosecutors are aware of cases of double voting in federal elections as well as noncitizen voting. Attorney General William Barr should prompt those other offices to do their duty and prosecute known election crimes.”

South Carolina Ballots Found In Baltimore As Voter Fraud Concerns Grow

A batch of absentee ballots intended for South Carolina voters were spotted in Baltimore, according to reports Wednesday.

Roughly 20 Charleston County absentee ballots were found in Maryland, according to a report Wednesday from The Post and Courier. South Carolina Election Commission spokesman Chris Whitmire told The Post and Courier that the vendor the state uses to print absentee ballots may not be able to handle the uptick in mail-in-voting that will come as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. South Carolina is set to hold its Republican primary elections on June 9. (RELATED: New Voter Fraud Scandal In Michigan Involves A Democrat)

Doesn't Donald Trump also vote by mail? Yes, he does.

And the military. And several states. And senior citizens.

Also this:
Apparently Trump doesn't actually live in Florida.

[Mara-Lago] is taxed as a private club — not as a residence, according to Palm Beach County property appraiser records. Trump’s own attorney assured local officials in Palm Beach before they voted to approve the club in 1993 that he would not live there. Mar-a-Lago’s website says only that Trump maintains “private quarters” at the club.

Trump — who has traveled to Mar-a-Lago repeatedly as president and has referred to the club as his Winter White House — has said that he voted by mail in Florida’s Republican primary last month. Florida law requires voters to register using their “legal residence” addresses under penalty of perjury.

He's either committing voter-fraud, or he's committing tax-fraud and in breach of contract.

An excellent point and very observant.

If it’s good enough for grandma in a red state it certainly should be good enough for everybody then right?

existing absentee ballot rules? absolutely.

hastily constructed mail ballots that can be harvested by campaign volunteers? no.

there's plenty of time for people to request and complete absentee ballots. no need to have political organizations (left and right) create new rules 6 months from the election.

I’ve already gone over the risk fallacy so I’m not doing that again. I’ll just agree to disagree.

at least you recognize the existing absentee rules are different than the calls for vote by mail right?

given how critical voting is I'd like non-partisan study of a significant change in rules.

We dont allow 17 year old to vote?

Why must we allow people who can't even get a state ID to vote?

Shouldn't you be contributing something to society to have a say in society?

vote by mail proposals and absentee voting processes are different.
You are missing the point. President Donald Trump took to Twitter two days ago and threatened to withhold federal funds from the state of Michigan (in the middle of a pandemic, no less) while falsely accusing the Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, of mailing ballots to residents. Jocelyn Benson had, in reality, only sent ballot applications - not the ballots themselves - to registered voters, which is a growing practice among elected officials, including in states led by Republicans, and this practice is completely legal, by the way. Why wouldn't it be?

Basically, this was another example of the President of the United States making reckless and irresponsible public threats during a time of crisis without getting his facts straight first. Donald Trump is so paranoid, vindictive, petty and behaves so impulsively on Twitter, that the facts don't even seem to matter. The only thing that matters to Donald Trump is his uncontrollable anger in the moment, and his constant need to vent. Trump's aids have acknowledged his mistake on Twitter, but has he admitted that he was wrong, or apologized to Jocelyn Benson? No, he has not and he never will. Trump is an egocentric, vindictive and petty little man.
