I think we all can agree that Elarbee just isn’t getting the job done. Now I know it’s highly unlikely that Heupel gets rid of him. But let’s say he decides to. Who would be some good names to replace Elarbee? In my opinion, the OL is just as important as the QB, so spend some serious coin on getting a top notch OL coach.

Grant Newsome- Michigans OL coach. I hate UM but you can’t deny his ability to coach the OL. Back to back Joe Moore winner.

Stacy Searels- UGA OL coach. Almost every year UGA has great OL play.

Brad Davis- LSU OL coach. A good OL coach.

Jim Harding- Utahs OL coach. Utah is a good team and they typically have solid OL play.

Brandon Jones- Missouri OL coach. Laugh all you want but they typically have good OL play that’s very physical.

Newsome played at Michigan. He’s not leaving for another college job. Not only that, but this is his first season as offensive line coach. Sherrone Moore was the OL coach that produced those Joe Moore award winning lines. Yet to be proven that Newsome can actually coach.

The Oline coach is supposedly CJH best friend and best man at his wedding. If this is true, doubt he ever gets fired.

Disappointing for sure. That some of you guys think you could competently evaluate and choose OL coaches is extremely funny
Are you saying that Forrest Gump wouldn’t be better? JK but Elirbee (spelling???) hasn’t produced much and he’s 4 years in. It’s pointless to discuss OL coach replacements. Heupel will take the chance of being fired for incompetent OL play before he fires his buddy.

I wouldn’t trust BOT to watch my dog, let alone run a Division l program.
Figures the Heupel can do no wrong lap dog would chime in. So by all means, how about give us some expert analysis on how good our OL is. Oh and if you do, remember that the ONLY OL Elarbee has recruited while being here that’s actually playing meaningful snaps is Addison Nichols at Arky. Funny how he couldn’t get on the field here but how’s there and becomes a solid starter.

Let’s hear it coach.
