Nia has been miss utilized to say the least. Her time as a Lady Vol has been misspent. The coaching staff hasn't a clue on how to utilize her skill level. It was apparent that Nia could play fast and score without hesitation. She had the best midrange game of all the Lady Vols last season.

If you will remember last season Nia started off leading the team in scoring, rebounding and block shots in the first 4 games. Then players come back from injury and suspension and Nia is back to the bench!

That was damaging to Nia and the team. Any other coach would had seen the potential and advantage of having a player like Nia on their team. They would had found a way to utilize her strengths. Her weight and slight of frame was an excuse to not play her.

If I were Nia I wouldn't return. Try out for the WNBA and see what happens. Why return to benefit CHW? Let her keep dragging the program down.

I don't care what the offensive numbers were for Holly's first 3 seasons. It was the players that put points on the board. Holly couldn't coach her way out of a wet paper bag.

The Lady Vols need a new head coach. If the team makes it to the Final Four or if Holly gets the boot it'll be a win-win. I'll be happy either way. :)

if she redshirts this year could she not leave and play next year as a grad student somewhere else? If I was her I'd do that. Clearly her time on the Hill has been misplaced if she wants court time. Bad coaching....:(

Next year after Bashaara Graves leaves Nia Moore could get a lot of playing time at the 4 and could releave Mercedes Russell at the 5 spot, Nia would be stronger with another year in the weight room.

Nia has now had three years at the training table and in the weight room. She hasn't added much weight or muscle. I doubt another year would make any substantial difference.

Agreed, makes you wonder what the hell this training staff has been doing with her the past three years??? Even a player like Michelle Snow, who was always a beanpole, became noticeably stronger as an upperclassmen....

maybe she has a fast metabolism like me when I was a young'un? I never weighed over 155 lbs @6'1" until I hit my thirties. Still weigh < 170

Holly Warlick has said Nia Moore was much stronger this year and was excited to watch her play, so the one in the know said this, if true then one more year would make a lot of difference form what you and I have seen.
